We were commissioned by West Herts College following a successful collaboration on the West Herts College Masterplan. Our role was to undertake Compliance Monitoring on behalf of the Client with regards to the Architect’s works. This included reviewing the Employer’s Requirements, Contractor’s Proposals and providing technical advice during operations on-site.
Any deviations from the Employers’ Requirements were also reviewed to ensure the quality and future maintenance of the building were not compromised.
