Following our successful role on Phase 1, we were appointed to continue our role as CMT for Phase 2. As CMT, our role includes reviewing all the Employer’s Requirements, challenging deviations and delays from the Fire Strategy resolution and Building Control Compliance, regular site presence, working constructively with the site team and the Client, and reviewing design changes as well as subcontractor information to ensure compliance with the Employer’s requirements and Building Regulations.
Throughout this process we have continued to build a strong and positive relationship with the client, the Project Manager and the site team to enable a successful outcome for all parties.
