This project comprises a two-storey extension and complete internal refurbishment of a historic workers’ cottage to form a single family home in a delightful setting in the village of Westmancote.
The property lies within the Westmancote Conservation Area and has been sensitively designed to fit sympathetically within the existing historic village setting whilst providing a contemporary and comfortable internal layout.
The project was completed between September ’23 and December ’24 by local Winchcombe company, R A Shaw Construction, who did a fabulous job.
