The contemporary fit-out and extension of a Grade 2 listed Cotswold farm house located on a hillside on the edge of Broadway.
Situated on the Cotswold escarpment. Farncombe House is a perfect example of bold, modern interior design set within an historic setting.
Dyer were commissioned to design, deliver and manage the complete refurbishment and renovation of the external shell and interior fit-out of the building to provide luxury five star accommodation for a private client.
Many of the materials were either salvaged from other redundant buildings or procured internationally – for example the kitchen was imported from Sweden. The project includes the construction of the unique ‘Dyer’ figure 8 swimming pool that delivers a 15m long swimming lane but uses less water.
