Class Q barn conversion – contemporary family home with Nudura ICF construction

Completed in early 2023, this project comprised the conversion, under ‘Class Q’ permitted development, of an existing agricultural barn into a contemporary family home. The works entailed the complete reconstruction of the building and included many innovative construction methods and materials such as a modular insulated concrete formwork superstructure (‘Nudura ICF’).

We helped the Client realise their dream of transforming a derelict agricultural barn into a stunning, contemporary family home set within a tranquil rural setting.
