The brief for the design and fit-out of this Category A office development was to deliver a flagship headquarters for a regional development agency.
The award-winning building integrates three floors of highly flexible accommodation (with a net-to-gross ratio of 80%+) delivered to a fast-track construction programme of ten months for £90 per sqft. Accommodation includes open-plan and cellular offices for 260 staff, meeting rooms, reception and a break-out lounge with hot-desking bar.
Naturally lit throughout, the building has a BREEAM rating of ‘very good’ and a zoned servicing strategy for future subdivision.
