Elfield Park is a new B2/B8 commercial development in Milton Keynes designed to occupy a long plot of land running adjacent to the A5. The proposals represent a compelling vision for a high quality, sustainable, campus-style new commercial village set within a landscape-led masterplan and delivering a healthy environment for employees and visitors fit for the 21st century.
We were appointed to lead the masterplanning of the entire site and to secure detailed planning permission for the Phase 1 plots.
