Perched on a hillside in the Cornish National Landscape (AONB) and overlooking the busy Falmouth Bay, this unique holiday home was designed to resemble a weathered, upturned boat hull. The organic curves and low profile of the building help to embed it into the landscape and create a unique living space with stunning, framed views out to the sea.
The building materials feature natural Cornish stone cladding to the lower floor with curved copper shingle cladding to the upper level. A continuous rooflight runs the length of the roof ridge which softly lights the curvaceous interior within.
