Tasked with embracing the clients values and the desire to support their community, we worked closely with the team to produce a fresh, new retail experience. With the face of retail changing due to a change in customer behaviours, spending and priorities, the focus of the design was to showcase the products within a carefully curated space and elevate the overall shopping experience for the customer.
The store sits within the small market town of Holt and is an important community asset and the way the store could be used and support the community, through engagement and service provision, was also a key driver in the design of the store.
